Kristin Brown, FNP-C
Kristin Brown earned her BSN from California State University Fresno, California in 1991. She worked as a nurse at Children’s Hospital of Orange County for seven years then continued her education earning her MSN with a Family Nurse Practitioner Degree at California State University, Dominguez Hills, California in 1999. Her specialties are health maintenance, diagnosis, disease prevention, treatment and management of common and episodic problems. She also has experience caring for chronically ill pediatric patients and high risk infants.
Romona Dolan, PA
Romona Dolan is a Physician Assistant who received her training at the Stanford University PA Program. Romona started her career in medicine as a Midwife but soon learned she wanted to treat the whole patient and fell in love with the internal medicine population. She practiced Acute Care for 15 years, working with hospitalists in both San Joaquin and Bakersfield Heart Hospital. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Deborah McDowell, FNP-C
Debbie McDowell earned her BSN in 1995 and her MSN with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at California State University Bakersfield in 2001. She has practiced in Women’s Health, Rural Healthcare, Internal Medicine settings and specialized in Labor and Delivery. She is certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau.
Parvez Memon, MD
Dr. Memon earned his medical degree at the University of Sind, Liaquat Medical College in Jamshoro, Pakistan. He served his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at St. Francis Medical Center- Trenton, New Jersey and completed his Geriatric Fellowship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center- Colton, California. Dr. Memon specializes in Internal and Geriatric Medicine and is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine-Geriatric Medicine.
John T. Young, MD
Dr. Young is a certified Family Physician who has been in practice in Bakersfield for over 30 years. He went to medical school at Northwestern University Chicago, Illinois and completed his Residency at Kern Medical Center. He received his Master in Counseling from California State University Bakersfield and his Master in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association. Dr. Young is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Practice.
